Installation of a 400-ton chiller (CH-03) as an addition to the TCTC Campus Central Chilled Water Plant, A new cooling tower, primary chilled water pump, secondary chilled water pump and tower pump are to be provided to serve the additional plant capacity. The associated electrical and controls modifications to serve the new equipment shall also be provided. Minor existing piping system modifications are additionally included.
