Project: NCSU Partners II Suite 1200 Alteration

Bids Due – 2/19/24 at 5pm

Project Description – The project includes the renovation to suite 1200. Demolition of existing offices, finishes, ceilings, lighting, and replacement of some mechanical diffusers as required. The renovation work will include new offices, lighting, diffusers, and finishes. A wall between suite 1200 and 1500 will be removed to allow a connection between spaces.

ALT. 1 – Preferred brand alternate for door hardware.

ALT. 2 – Hollow metal framed windows.

ALT. 3 – Modify corridor wall into suite 1500.

ALT. 4 – Suite 1500 casework in breakroom.

ALT. 5 – All new diffusers in suite 1200.

ALT. 6 – Preferred brand carpet tile by Interface.

Scopes of work needed include Demo, Doors & Hardware, Drywall & Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.

**Addendum will be issued on Tuesday, February 13^th.

Estimated project start: Friday, February 23^rd.
