Messer Construction Co. is bidding on the Wake Tech 4.0 Building in Wendell, North Carolina.

As part of our efforts to recruit and encourage participation and economic inclusion, a search within the NC HUB Database of surrounding counties gave us your company as a firm who may have interest in bidding to us on the project.

We are requesting bids on March 28^th, at 2:00 PM.

We are asking that you try and submit your bid to us by this time so that we may contact you if there are any questions prior to the deadline.

We are also offering a quick pay agreement, alternatives to bonding, and insurance assistance to MWSBE contractors on this project, if you’re interested. Please see attachment for further information.

This owner has identified a project inclusion goal of 10% for HUB Certified or Minority Business Participation.
