Project Information –
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Remove and replace finishes throughout sleeping rooms, corridors, laundry room, restrooms, and
upper floor lounge.
2. Alterations to the restroom facilities for compliance with accessibility requirements.
3. Replacement of HVAC equipment in-kind. System reconfiguration is not included.
4. Replacement of return grille panel within student sleeping rooms for aesthetic upgrades to in-room
HVAC systems.
5. Replacement of lighting fixtures, electrical switches, electrical outlets, and data outlets with new
devices and fixtures in the existing location. Replacement of conduit of infrastructure to existing
devices is not included.
6. Replacement of plumbing fixtures, accessories, and partitions within the gang toilet rooms and
showers on the 1st and 2nd floors.
7. Modification of fire alarm and fire sprinkler system as needed in the renovated toilet rooms.

| Due to several requests, the School has graciously agreed to host a second site visit for Hill Hall this Friday, June 30th, at 9:00am.
Please see the attached campus map. Visitors should park in the Public Parking Lots parallel to Club Boulevard and check in at the visitors’ desk in Bryan Hall. A self-check-in station is set up beside the visitors’ desk where you will need to scan your drivers’ license. If prompted by the system, please reference Garry Covington as the person that you are visiting on campus. A NCSSM chaperon will collect you from Bryan Hall and escort you to Hill Hall.
