Sealed bids for the CMS Student and Family Support Center project located at 6600, 6623, & 6635, AAA Drive, Charlotte, 28212 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina will be received by the Owner at 3301 Stafford Drive, Conference Room #2, Charlotte, NC 28208 on February 8, 2024.

The General Contract scope of work includes demolition, architectural upfits, mechanical, electrical/low voltage, plumbing and fire protection renovations. Bids are due at 3:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
