Project Scope of work is listed below:

The removal/replacement of all existing major HVAC equipment, domestic water heater,  and existing controls for all new HVAC equipment.

The addition of new hot water piping system for a 4-pipe VAV system.

The electrical disconnection/reconnection or new connection to HVAC equipment to support the renovations.

The modification of all existing light fixtures from fluorescent to LED.  The removal/replacement of existing fire alarm system and existing intercom system.

The painting of all exterior EIFS surfaces.

The removal/replacement of all joint sealant at exterior doors, windows, and building expansion/controls joints.
