All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project generally consists of the construction of a 21,471sf single-story building containing a ten (10) – bay fleet services garage, storage, and office space. Associated work includes the plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, electrical systems, and a vapor intrusion mitigation system. Associated site improvements include parking, sidewalks, drainage, site lighting, etc. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows: Concrete reinforcing, cast-in-place concrete, CMU, steel decking, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, flush woof doors, overhead coiling doors, metal sound control door assemblies, sectional doors, aluminum-framed storefronts, door hardware, glazing, louvers, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, ACT, resilient flooring, fluid-applied flooring, tile carpeting, painting, high performance coatings, specialties, furnishings, metal building systems, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, vapor intrusion mitigation system.
