All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed.  The work includes general, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and site work to be constructed under a Single Prime Contract. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows:  Demolition, concrete reinforcing, cast-in-place concrete, bonded abrasive polished concrete floors, precast architectural concrete, CMU, calcium silicate manufactured stone, structural steel framing, steel decking, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, metal stairs, pipe and tube railing, shop-fabricated wood trusses, general carpentry, millwork, solid surfacing, glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, electrically operated steel & glass bi-parting doors, sectional aluminum and glass overhead door, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, aluminum-clad wood windows, door hardware, hardware schedule, glass glazing, gypsum board assemblies, tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient base and accessories, luxury vinyl flooring, resilient athletic flooring, tile carpeting, textile wall coverings, stretched-fabric wall systems, sprayed acoustic insulation, painting, sanitary wall finish, signage, shower curtains, toilet compartments, corner guards, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, lockers and shelving, turn-out gear lockers, flagpoles, horizontal faux wood blinds, window shades, quartz countertops, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, fire alarm system, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities.
