All single prime bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project generally consists of earthwork, storm drainage, asphalt paving and traffic marking, cast-in-place concrete, retaining walls, curb and gutter, concrete walks, structural steel, rough carpentry, masonry work, signage, lighting, mechanical exhaust, traffic markings, landscaping, etc. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows: Cast-in-place concrete, structural precast concrete, precast architectural concrete/specialties, CMU, metal fabrications, metal stairs & railings, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum framed storefront, glazing, direct bonded stucco, gypsum board assemblies, painting, aluminum canopies, overhead clearance bars, site furnishings, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities.

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for specific scope of work as described above.
