- Brick and Masonry Repair
- Stair Replacement
- Structural Repairs
- Solar Panels Installation
- Roof repairs / Polymer-Based Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS)
- Parking ADA improvements
- Elevator Modernization
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2800 Brentwood Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604. Sealed Bids will be received at 3:00PM on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 421 Fayetteville St, Suite 1200, Raleigh, NC 27601.
