Project Description – Commercial tenant improvement, alteration includes partial demolition and construction of nonstructural partitions, finishes, and furniture/equipment as well as associated MEP improvements for a portion of the 4th floor and potentially a portion of the 5th floor. Restroom upgrades as required for accessibility improvements.

**Pay special attention to all of the alternates.

Scopes of work needed include Demolition, Architectural Woodwork, Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Drywall & Framing, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.

Estimated project start is 8/31/2023.
