Tri-State Utilities, LLC is seeking qualified Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) consisting of minority, women and disabled business firms to provide pricing for a project in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

The project is entitled RFP 320-240323TJ Sewer Main Relining FY23

Project Description:

To provide for the reconstruction of pipelines and conduits by the installation of a resin impregnated flexible tube, which is tightly formed to the original conduit.

Possible subcontracting opportunities include Traffic Control signage and equipment, and Flagging.
