A Pre-Bid Conference * will be held on February 7, 2024 at 10:00 am at Cary HS and Bids will be received on February 22, 2024 at 11:00 am est.
* Please note: The pre-bid is not mandatory but highly recommended. All potential bidders including all subcontractors and other personnel wishing to attend the pre-bid conference must check-in at the school’s main office prior to the pre-bid conference. After checking in, you may proceed to meet at the main entrance to the stadium. Please plan accordingly. We request all potential bidders including their subcontractor do not access or walk around the campus without being escorted by WCPSS personnel or the Owner’s representative for safety concerns.
